CPU-controlled motherboard
The FX3U features a third-generation Japanese Mitsubishi PLC microprogrammable controller, up to 64K of built-in large-capacity RAM memory, high-speed processing at 065μS/instruction, and independent 3-axis 100kHz positioning.
Screw System Elevator
The screw system allows for more precise control of the feed height. The braked motor with automatic start&stop feature ensures more stable operation.
Automatic Rear Loading
Precision cutting with automatic feeding and rear-mounted elevator loading.
Saw / Drive Motor
Maximum saw speed 120 m/min. The scoring saw speed is 0-100 m/min, return speed to starting point is 0-120 m/min, 2 kW motor, high-speed stable panel cutting.
Double Grip Jaw
A pneumatic double-grip jaw is used to hold the panels and feeds them by pushing them forward on the roller surface. Precise feeding ensures cutting accuracy, and the pneumatic main body prevents damage to the workpiece surface.
Main Body
After the welding process of the body is completed, it is left to rest for a month and then subjected to heat treatment. This eliminates the density that occurs during the process. The crystal structure within the material is altered, ensuring the stable operation of the body. It is then processed for another 6 months. In the final stage, a precision machining process is initiated.
Cutting Area
Maximum horizontal cut: 3100mm Maximum vertical cut: 1800mm
